Kenny Graham - Restorative Yoga
Drawing on his 23 years of yoga study and experience, Kenny Graham teaches yoga in a way that is accessible, intelligent and inspiring. His classes are taught as “form and flow” which blends breath work, meditation, movement and music. He honors the fact that each body is unique, and that alignment is a personal journey. His teaching helps to free limiting mental patterns, lighten the heart and increase body awareness. Kenny teaches with a focus on equanimity of movement to counter modern-day imbalances, which helps restore the body to its natural fluidity and balance. Through the functional applications of posture, breath and meditation, he helps students to discover their own unique alignment in the world.
He has a BA in Psychology and has always been keenly interested in cultivating a deeper awareness of the mind-body connection. He is a strong proponent of meditation and has witnessed first-hand its power to transform one’s own life. Meditation was his first introduction to yoga and later he supplemented this with physical practice to support his life style. Kenny continues to study and learn from yoga teachers in many traditions and practitioners of various modalities including chiropractic, body work, anatomy, philosophy, Pilates, physical fitness, martial arts, acupuncture, nutrition and medicine. Emily Burton - Prenatal Yoga
I am an E-YRT 200 anusara-inspired yoga teacher. After teaching in Los Angeles for many years, I followed my heart and relocated to Northern California. I now live in Nevada City, CA. with my husband and our ever-amazing little boy, Alden. Last year, I opened The Yoga Dive- a long time dream- with my good friend Laura Brownell. Owning a yoga studio and creating a community of yogis has been an amazing experience. I've learned so much and am so inspired to create programs, workshops, and experiences that bring people together.
My teaching style is candid, clear, and concise- with a focus on alignment. I create classes that weave together universal heart themes with my personal truths and your physical application.
I absolutely love helping students become teachers and find their own unique voice and style. It is such an amazing process to witness. This is the 5th teacher training that I have co-taught and I'm thrilled to be using my experiences from the past to create a powerful and cohesive yoga teacher training here in Nevada City!
Sarah Moody - Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is the powerful practice of conscious rest that systematically relaxes and unwinds physical, emotional, and mental tensions. When we sleep, we often continue to hold onto stress and sometimes wake up still feeling tired and overwhelmed. Yoga Nidra helps to break down these patterns through guided relaxation, breath awareness, and meditation to reach resting states usually only experienced in the deepest levels of sleep. True healing begins when the body is at rest. This 20-hour intensive is for yoga teachers, students, counselors, health professionals, parents, and everyone interested in leading others to relax and transform their wellbeing. Throughout this course you will both experience Yoga Nidra and learn how to share it with others. At the end of the course, students will be equipped to provide this healing service to their communities. As an advanced yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training in yoga and yoga therapy, I have supported hundreds of students with my nurturing attention, heartfelt guidance and incredibly skillful touch through weekly classes, workshops, trainings and retreats. As a self-care advocate, I work with clients to increase presence and self-awareness of the body by drawing on my background in nutrition with a Masters’ degree in Health Promotion and Education, as well as the completion of a Somatic Yoga Therapy program* and Level I iRest® training. Asthon Szabo - Yoga Anatomy in Practice
I’m a yoga teacher, an educator, a story teller, full blown anatomy geek, a podcaster and I want to help spread the transformative powers of yoga and self exploration.
I have been studying and practicing yoga for more than twenty years, having first been introduced to yoga when I was twelve years old by my Japanese Ju Jitsu Sensei, Steve Copping. I have taken teacher trainings with Peri Ness (Synergy Yoga), David Goulet (Chakra Yoga), and Leeann Carey (Leeann Carey Yoga), as well having studied with numerous other teachers and guides.
