Friday Company 2026

Thank you for your interest in The Friday Company 2026! We are so happy your daughter is auditioning with us.

If your daughter is cast, she will commit to approximately three months of Friday rehearsals, culminating in a final showcase performance. Please review the information and expectations below before auditioning.

Rehearsal Schedule

Rehearsals will begin Friday, September 11th and will take place after school on Fridays.

Exact rehearsal times will be determined once we know the ages and number of girls participating in this production. At this time, families should plan for rehearsals to be approximately 3:30–5:30 p.m.

We will not hold rehearsals during the following school breaks/holidays:

  1. Friday, October 16th — Fall Break

  2. Friday, November 27th — Thanksgiving

Performance Schedule

Our final performances will be held on:

Friday, December 4th
The Un-Church

We will also have a dress rehearsal on Thursday, December 3rd at The Un-Church.

Parent Volunteers

We are looking for four parent volunteers to help during our two performances on Friday, December 4th.

Parent volunteers will help ensure that parking runs efficiently and that there are no outside disruptions between performances for the neighborhood surrounding the venue.

If you are available and willing to help with this important part of our performance, please reach out to us! We greatly appreciate your support in helping us be good neighbors and create a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Program Cost

If your daughter is cast, the cost of the program is $200 per month, paid on the first Friday of each month, for a total of three payments ($600).

Families are also welcome to pay the full amount upfront if that is easier.

If you have any financial concerns, please speak with us directly. We want to make this experience accessible to the girls who would love to participate.

Program fees help cover:

  1. Director

  2. Musical Director

  3. Rehearsal space rental

  4. Theatre/tech rental

  5. Friday Company T-shirts for each girl

Student Expectations

This showcase requires each girl to practice independently outside of rehearsal. Each participant will need access to a phone, tablet, or computer so she can watch rehearsal videos, listen to music, and learn harmonies.

We ask that each girl practice for at least 10 minutes each day throughout the rehearsal process. Consistent practice at home is important for keeping up with the choreography, music, harmonies, and other demands of the program.

Our Mission

At The Friday Company, we work hard to create a positive, encouraging space where young girls can learn and grow through theatre.

Throughout the process, girls will develop skills in:

  1. Stage presence

  2. Singing and harmonizing

  3. Choreography

  4. Acting and performance

While our goal is to create a beautiful theatre performance for our community, we believe the experience is about so much more than the final show. We love watching our girls gain self-confidence, connection, creativity, and joy as they work together and step into the spotlight.

We are so excited to see what this group of girls will create together!
