Mother’s Day Workshop

Beloved Reunion

Sayulita, Mexico- November 16th-22nd 2024!

Be LOVED by YOU- You deserve it.

Join us this November for 6 nights of magic in Mexico!

Our women’s Reunion Retreats offer daily yoga, acupuncture healing circles, oceanside gourmet meals, skin treatments, portraits for you and most importantly- the space to come home to yourself. We make sure you get lots of time to reflect, rest, and relax on our retreats. The work you’ll be doing in yoga and acupuncture will be transformative and powerful. You will need the time to integrate and feel all of the shifts. You will be held in close community and love in this safe and beautiful setting.

You will have the opportunity to reset and nourish yourself on all levels. From the amazing food to the spa rituals to the sounds of the jungle meeting the waves- La Joya welcomes you back to your self. And when you meet her again- you will be amazed at her beauty, wisdom, and strength. You will behold the Be-LOVED and thank yourself for giving her the chance to be revealed.

About the Facilitators

Emily Burton, Yoga Teacher

I am an anusara-inspired yoga teacher with over 17 years teaching experience. After living in Los Angeles for many years, I followed my heart and relocated to Northern California. Over the years I have had the pleasure of leading teacher trainings, teaching at festivals, facilitating retreats and workshops, and owning/operating my yoga studio; The Yoga Dive.

The last few years have been hard for me. Between losing my beloved husband and the Covid disaster, I lost my joy and my laughter. I am now on a path to find my light again. One of the ingredients for me is deepening my spiritual practice and creating a strong, supportive community of women that lasts through all the phases of life. Our last retreat to La Joya was life-changing for me and re-inspired my desire to travel and see the world through intentional gatherings. I am so excited to return this time with a focus on our bodies and reclaiming them with love and adoration.

I believe yoga should feel good and I believe we benefit by practicing together. As a teacher I offer a well-rounded class that’s grounded in a very clear heart theme or teaching principle . I focus on alignment that works for every body and offer modifications so that any level practitioner will feel good in my class. I always encourage my students to pause and feel and listen to their bodies and hearts throughout class. And, if you happen to need a child’s pose for half the class- I honor you and support you in giving yourself exactly what you need every time you practice.

We all deserve the time and space to heal and to connect to our truth and divinity. There is a safety and a freedom in the container or women’s circles that is unlike any other. I hope you’ll join us this April for a magical and transformative week. You deserve it.
