This is a modified flow class that will allow you to receive the benefits of a vinyasa practice without all of the floor up/downs and upper body requirements . . . easier on wrists, shoulders, and lower back. This class will have a full range of modifications for all levels while still working towards increasing strength, cardio, flexibility, and relaxation. Chairs are provided.
Classes will take place every other Thursday in May: May 2nd, 16th, & 30th; 3:30-4:40pm
