Flow with yoga and breath to unleash your creativity. This multi-canvas exploration isan opportunity to open the gates of inspiration and allow your inner child to come out and play. This is workshop is designed for people who consider themselves artists, and those who do not. Our 3.5 hour journey begins with a 90 minute weaving of yoga and creative expression on our mats. We will then dive deeply into a guided canvas experience.

In this workshop we will explore the nature of yin, not only in yoga and the subtle body but as an essential practice to meet the future and become more of who we can be. We often hear that we live in such a patriarchal world, or that the future is female, but until we can recognise how the archetypes of masculinity and femininity live in each of us, it remains a polarised subject. Together with a yoga practice (just a little yang, more yin), some conversation and questions (and no pressure, you don’t have to say anything)! we will explore the theme of yin as the complement and redemptive medicine for our patriarchal bias and strengths.This workshop is open to all genders and all levels of yoga experience.
